Salam..
today is holiday,so i prefer juz so stay home and doing analysis and some research to enhance my skill of trading..

Ok,im sure got someone were born to be a trader..Maybe me or u or someone else..

We all want to be success trader,for a long period and be a financial freedom..But thats not easy as it was..All is need high determination and ability to do whatever it takes to become Professional Trader. . To become professional trader,we must work and trade professionally. .

Quality work produce quality result, , ,simple ehh?

A new trader might begin like this . .>>

1st Month : Learn about Forex Currencies,what move it,about broker,and all basic thing. .
2nd Month : Be a friend with chart,getting know the basic indicator,learn the system and how it
works..Then,start open demo account. .
3rd Month : Continue the demo for second month. . Remember to have day report for your
daily trade and monthly statement report. .
4th Month : Keep doing your demo. .This is the last month for your demo account. . Based on
the report,u could see your improvement in the result and this would determine
how much your ability to make % of profit in a month. .
5th Month : Start live Account with 100usd. .(why 100usd?-this amount consider not too high)
Eventhough you loss all your account,it is not too pain compare than 1000usd. .
When everything goes well,you can redeposit with higher amount. .

This juz a simple picture. . Juz take it as learning session. .

The Power Of Money Management

Salam guys..

Its been long time already since i didn't update my blog..quite busy,modem broke out,sim card cannot read,,ayoyo...a lot of excuse ehh...hehe:-p

Now I feel fresh to start trade again and a lot of news and changes i think..
By the way,im still use the same system that i have been using before and maybe just change a little bit..Why?because i already prove that the winning ratio is much better and quite profitable..

For all trader whose still look for a perfect system,let me share with u guys,..
There is no perfect sytem in this world..Even the very good system produce 60% profit and friend of mine is consider among very successfull trader produce around 50% profit a month..

Ok,lets go through..
This is vey simple Money Management that most trader overlook..

Start with 1000usd in your account. . .

Capital : 1000 usd
Percentage of risk per trade : 3%
Lot per trade : 0.1 (depend on broker. . 1pips = 1usd)
Amount risk per trade : 30 usd
SL : 30 pips TP : 40 pips
Percentage of Winning ratio : 60%
So,
Every profit u cash in : 40usd
Every loss u cash out : 30usd . . . Get it??

Let say u trade from tuesday to thursday(monday n friday no trade due to opening and close day of market-no stress eh:), . , .total 12 trades a month right?. .
With 60% percentage of winning ratio, u should make 7 profit and 5 loss a month . .

Profit : 40(usd per trade) x 7 = 280
Loss : 30(usd per trade) x 5 = 150
Net Profit = 130usd

130usd is 13% out of 1000usd..and u could consider profitable trader if u could mantain it every month..Its not too hard is it?But u should be discipline and always follow ur money management rules..And dont forget 13% should blow up ur account if u apply the power of compound interest..find urself..hehe..

My system still great and im going to do a bit adjustment so it look simple and easy to use..It was profitable so far and im still upgrade it..The important things is to make sure u can filter away those false signal and get the highest probability to win trade..

My system only use basic indicator which is already provide in any platform and it works very well to me..You only have to clear understand and know how it works.But,doesnt rely on it to much as it just a lagging indicator.You may aslo combine with leading indicator such fibo,RnS,pivot2 as well..

THE MOST BASIC IS YOU BUY AT LOW AND SELL AT HIGH..

SPEED OF MARKET

Salam..

Hye guys.im going to touch a bit about Speed of Market..

The main purpose we're going to look for speed is to determine how about the market today.

The first thing when you open your chart is to determine the CURRENT TREND..

Yes,it was the most important and should be not overlooked!!..

Remember,the wise always says that the trend is your friend..Yeah!,What we're seeking is a trend has begin and we want to be there at the right time!!.

To measure Speed of Market we use 2 indicator :

1.Moving average - Period : 21

Method : Exponential

Apply to : Close

2. Moving Average - Period : 55

Method : Exponential

Apply to : Close

Whenever the 21EMA cross above 55EMA,it is uptrend and conversely,whenever 21EMA cross below 55EMA,it is downtrend.

It is important to identify the beginning of the trend..

Once you identify a valid trend had just begin,then you plan your trade .

Remember trading is about looking for HIGH OPPURTUNITY to WIN trade.

Set a plan around and seek confirmation from others indicators.

You're not guarantee to success,but the odds of winning is likely..

Trend utama @ 4Hour Chart : Trend berubah kpd downtrend berikutan price action.Speed masih dlm keadaan buy signal.Momentum menunjukkan signal sell.RSI berada pd level 50 dan menuju ke bawah.MACD bar positif dan susut nilai.6 candlestick terakhir menunjukkan penurunan pada bar.Overall trend adalah Downtrend.Jadi,saya hanya akan mencari peluang utk Sell pada Time Frame 15/30Minute.

15 Minute Chart : Pada 17.02EST,saya mendapat satu setup yg sgt baik setelah price kembali menurun daripada retracement(Ini la pentingnya utk mengetahui trend semasa,anda hnya perlu menunggu price kembali selari dgn trend).Speed dan Momentum Moving Average selari iaitu dlm keadaan Sell signal.Price dibawah 200EMA menunjukkan Sell signal.RSI berada dibawah level 50.Stochastic menuju ke bawah.Bar MACD positif dan susut nilai.

Ini adalah signal yang sah. Probability Sell adalah 80%.Saya entry pada 1.6338.

Stop Loss saya letak pada most recent swing pada 1.6413,iaitu 75pips,jadi saya meletakkan Target Profit juga pada jumlah pips yg sama iaitu pada 1.6263. Risk ratio=1:1.

Result : Profit Trade.Win +75 Pips

Entry : Good

Exit : Target Profit mengena. Good

Main trend : Berdasarkan 4Hour chart,saya mendapati result MIX hasil analisis.Tapi brdasarkan pada 6 candlestick yg trakhir,saya mendapati trend stay down utk hari ni.

15Minute Chart : Analisis menunjukkan 85% probability adlh SELL..Saya menunggu peluang utk entry setelah price retrace.Setelah price close betul2 di bawah garis Support 1,dan diikuti dgn keadaan indicator yg lain juga selari,saya entry dan trade my plan..Saya meletakkan Stop Loss pada most recent High iaitu pada 67pips.Target Profit pula 70pips.

Result : Profit.Price mengena pd Target Profit saya.

Entry:GOOD

Exit:TP mengena

Trend : Berdasarkan pada chart 4Hour,trend berubah kepada uptrend.Jadi,saya akan hanya melihat peluang utk Buy pada chart 15Minute..

15 Minute Chart = Nampaknya,saya telah ketinggalan peluang trade dimana price telah mencecah pada Resistant 1.

Signal pertama : Pada pukul 08:30(jam pada terminal forex),iaitu pada 1.6056.Pada ketika itu,price berjaya menembusi 200EMA(biasanya menjadi support/resistant yg kuat).Moving Average Speed dan Momentum bersilang keatas.RSI di atas level 50.Stochastic menuju keatas dan belum sepenuhnya overbought.Bar MACD dibawah level 0 tapi bertambah nilai(gain value) dan menghampiri 0.Ini adalah signal yg betul/valid. [saya dah terlepas peluang ini!]

Ketika price sdg menaik dan menaik dan saya dah terlepas peluang yg baik,saya sbnrnya menunggu peluang kedua.Ya,"the second chance".Tunggu bila price retrace dan bila ia kembali meneruskan trend. Akhirnya,saya mendapat signal berikut:-

Signal : Pada pukul 15:31(jam pada terminal forex),iaitu pada 1.6196. Pada ketika itu,saya melihat price berjaya menembusi Resisstant 1,dan kemungkinan besar ia akan mencecah sehingga Resistant 2. Moving Average speed dan momentum dlm keadaan uptrend/buy.RSI di atas level 50 dan hampir nak menghampiri level 70.Stochastic dlm keadaan overbought.Bar MACD menaik.Ini adalah signal valid/sah. Peluang utk win trade juga adalah tinggi.

Peluang bagi signal ini adlh agak tinggi,jadi saya entry position.Stop Loss saya letakkan pd recent low swing/retracement dan Target Profit saya beberapa pips dibawah Resistant 2.

Pada pukul 17:13(jam forex terminal),di 1.6268,TP saya dah mengena.

Total Pips = +72 Pips

Entry = Good

Exit = TP mengena. Good.
